Strategy
Our Rental Equity Loan program provides flexible financing for real estate investors seeking additional capital but would rather not refinance their existing mortgage to gain access to their equity. These loans sit in 2nd lien position and are used where the primary objective is to hold the property as a rental for 3 or more years. These loans can be used for income producing properties or for properties not yet rented but are still considered livable.
