Our Commercial Mortgage program provides access to long term capital for acquisition or refinance of stabilized commercial real estate properties. We utilize the balance sheets of life insurance and debt funds and provide access to Agency debt as well as CMBS debt capital markets.  

Funding available for loan sizes $1,000,000 to $50,000,000

Varies based on asset type. 

5 Year, 7 Year, or 10 Year terms available.

30 Year Amortization for Multifamily (40 Years for Affordable Housing)

25 Year Amortization for all other asset types.

Multifamily, Industrial, Retail, Mixed-Use, Self-Storage, Manufactured Housing, and Hospitality.
